Stainless steel printing mesh

Stainless steel mesh
The most commonly used mesh in micro-circuit manufacturing today, is uniformed wire diameter, consistent mesh thickness and evenly tension weaves. Our screen printing mesh is dimensionally stable yet elastic enough so high-extension, drum-tight screen printing screens can be stretched and printed with a minimum off-contact distance. This capability ensures the most accurate and consistent screen printing results.
Ultra thin super stainless steel mesh
Smaller wire diameter and bigger opening area are compared to the conventional stainless steel wire mesh. Runtech Metal Mesh’s screen printing mesh provides uniform and accurate aperture widths. Our screen printing screen technology and the nature of stainless steel mesh itself make these benefits possible. For example, stainless steel’s strength allows thinner wire diameters to be used.
Calendared mesh
Our calendaring process gives the screen printing mesh a more uniform and tighter overall fabric thickness tolerance. Therefore it minimizes the ink deposit variance on screen printing screens from print to print and run to run. In addition, the ink deposit will be uniform throughout any given print. Screen printers can also expect reduced squeegee wear of their screen printing screens because the calendared wire cloth has a smoother surface.
Black Screen process
Chemically processed, surface treated stainless steel mesh with black surface, random reflection of light during the exposure process is reduced. This results in better adhesion of the emulsion, as well as higher resolution patterns and very smooth aperture walls for the best possible paste flow.
