We have machines of punching, welding, bending, cutting, pressing for many kinds of filter elements.
Anping Runtech Metal Mesh Co., Ltd builds up a very strict quality control system including pre-production test, in-process supervision, after production inspection and random checking. A small part of our wire mesh and a little piece of our filter elements will be inspected 100% as quality standards such as ASTM E2016, ISO 9044, DIN, JIS or as some agreed requirement. And we have the quality traceability system. We are able to find the cause and provide 8D report within 48 working hours.
Our fabricating facilities consist of high level machinery, Inox X-ray gun, Mesh counting, Wire testing, Flatting and stretching, Laser and Plasma cutting and Calendaring. We could also offer annealing and cleaning by our partnered facilities.
